Spiritual guidance for individuals
I am available for regular spiritual guidance sessions with individuals. For open-ended, ongoing spiritual guidance, normally we meet monthly for an hour. For short term guidance, such as help with a particular decision, we will determine the number and frequency of further meetings at our first session.
Before agreeing to meet together, an initial exploratory interview allows us to talk about hopes and expectations, answer questions, and explore whether we might be a good fit for each other. For all potential directees, including those at a distance, I prefer that this initial interview be face-to-face, if at all possible. There is no charge for this exploratory session.
Spiritual directors in this area charge anywhere from $30 to $80 a session. I suggest my directees treat this as a self-determined sliding scale and pay me what they are able. Those who can afford more help to make spiritual guidance possible for those who can afford less.
