There are many names, but whatever you call it, at heart spiritual guidance is sacred space, a regular set-aside time when you pause on life’s journey to take a compass reading with the help of a guide. It is an intentional, confidential relationship, a safe place for you to explore the unfolding of your relationship with God.
In regular individual meetings, or in monthly meetings with 3-4 others, together we examine your everyday life through conversation and contemplation, seeking to discern where the wind of the Holy Spirit is blowing through your life, inviting you to transformation.
I offer spiritual guidance for individuals both locally and at a distance, spiritual discovery groups that meet for nine months, and occasional retreats and workshops. I am also a writer and photographer, and my blog, Sparks of Light, serves as a structure for the practice of becoming more aware of the moments of delight in each day.
