Should I choose individual meetings or a group?

Individual sessions allow:
  •     a more intensive focus on the ways God is present in your life and how you are responding
  •     the possibility of exploring how this unfolds over time
  •     greater confidentiality
  •     flexibility as to meeting times
  •     the possibility of short-term work on transitions or particular decisions
  •     a more comfortable setting for those preferring to do their work one-with-one
  •     the only option for meeting with a director at a distance

Group sessions allow:
  •     the shared wisdom and support of others on the faith journey
  •     the discipline of a regular monthly meeting time
  •     an opportunity to learn new forms of prayer, and to pray for, and to be held in prayer by, others
  •     the opportunity to develop skills of attentive listening and awareness
  •     the opportunity to learn from the experiences and concerns of others
  •     a more comfortable setting for those preferring to do their work in company with others
